WHAT TO EXPECT

Our standard cleaning covers all the essentials: dusting all surfaces, vacuuming carpets and rugs, mopping hard floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors), wiping down kitchen surfaces (counters, cabinet fronts, sink), and emptying all trash bins. We also handle the details like light switches, door handles, and baseboards.

For most homes, we allow 2-4 hours depending on size and condition. We never rush - we'd rather take the extra time to do it right than leave you unsatisfied. You're welcome to be home during cleaning or provide access and return to a spotless space.

Think of deep cleaning as a "reset" for your home. It includes everything in our standard clean PLUS detailed work like cleaning inside the oven and fridge, washing interior windows, scrubbing baseboards and door frames, and sanitizing light fixtures. We recommend deep cleaning for first-time customers or homes that haven't been professionally cleaned in a while.

We understand letting someone into your home requires tremendous trust. Many clients provide a lockbox code or are home during service. For clients who prefer to provide keys, we maintain strict security protocols and can provide additional references upon request.

Absolutely! Every home and family has different needs. During your quote consultation, we'll discuss any special requests, areas to focus on, or things to skip. We can also add services like interior oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, or laundry folding.

We proudly serve Howard County, Montgomery County, and Prince George's County in Maryland. This includes cities like Columbia, Silver Spring, Rockville, Gaithersburg, Laurel, and surrounding areas. Not sure if we serve your area? Just ask!

We typically work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays 9 AM to 3 PM. We're closed Sundays to spend time with our own families. We do our best to accommodate your preferred timing within these hours.
